Tessa and I had a busy day ahead of us on Saturday in order to prepare for her wedding reception. Our first stop was to get a manicure and a pedicure. We were both really really tired because we had been up so late the night before doing last minute wedding stuff.
We headed straight to the hall after finished with our nails because there was still loads to do at the wedding and time was running out.
Tessa, Maria, Mona and I headed to Tessa's place to get ready together and have some girl time.

Tessa, the beautiful bride and my best friend, doing her own hair.

Tessa needed some help pinning her dress up, so I obliged.

The bride even helped Maria, one of her bridesmaid, touch up her make-up.
Mona made us some delicious fruit cocktails while we got ready and our presence really helped de-stress a very stressed out bride. We were all so busy getting ready and drinking wine and cocktails that we ended up being late for the reception.

My dad and I looking great.

Tessa and Mike. the happily married couple.

Andy came from Edmonton for the festivities and I had a blast with him.

My mom and I at the wedding.

Maria, Tessa and I together at last and having the time of our lives.

Tessa and I needed a wedding picture together, since I couldn't make it to her actual wedding in the Dominican.
Closer to the end of the night when the party was winding down one of the ladies who helped set-up the wedding brought by a tray of cupcakes and offered us some. Well, Andy decided he would take the whole tray. Then it became a game of who could stick a whole cupcake in their mouth and finish it first, with no crumbs.

Andy peer pressured Antonio into being his cupcake challenger. Andy won!
Maria saw what was going on and she wanted in on the challenge and since I was the only under girl at the table, who weren't our moms I was pressured into being her challenger. I totally would have won had I not been laughing my ass off the entire time when I should have been chewing.

Cupcake CHEERS!!
The wedding reception was fun and my night ended sober...Imagine that.
