Oh Canada!: Part 3

On Sunday, my mom, sister and I headed to Edmonton to visit some family and friends. My mom has a few siblings that live there and I really wanted to see them while I was home. I also have a few friends there I was hoping to see because who knows when I will be home to stay for a while.
Monday I spent shopping with my sister at West Edmonton Mall where we met up with my very close friend Amy, her husband Chris and their 3 kids. We decided to head to my aunt and uncle's house to hang out and catch up.
Amy and I in my aunt and uncle's kitchen. It was a great reunion!
Amy and Chris's daughter Serah has grown-up so much.
Their youngest kid Michael and playing peek-a-boo with my cousin's dog Bear.
Amy and Chris's oldest David has grown and matured so much. I didn't even think he was the same kid...LOL!
I wanted a picture of the gang. From L-R: Chris, Serah, Bear, David, Me, lauren, Michael and Amy.
On Tuesday, my sister and I went to visit my cousin Brandy who just had a baby boy in April. I've always been a BIG fan of Brandy and I really enjoy her company, so getting to see her and her bundle of joy while I was in Edmonton was great. It's funny seeing her as a mom because she always talked about not wanting kids, yet she makes a pretty good mom. We just hung out, chatted and watched the many soap operas that are on during the day.
Here is her bundle of joy Carson taking a nap.
He was a bundle of happiness when he woke up from the nap.
I also got to see my cousin Drew, Brandy's brother and one of my favorite cousins when I was in Edmonton. We hung out Monday and Tuesday night my sister joined us for some drinks.
Lauren, Drew and I at my aunt and uncle's place. We were wearing sweaters because it was really chilly at night.
Drew and I went through a photo shoot and this one was my favorite.
We left Edmonton on Wednesday afternoon because I had to be back in time for a chiropractor appointment. Before we left we played some DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) with my cousins and then I made them take some pictures with me.
This was the best picture. Me with my cousins Jenna and Justin who are hella tall.
It's funny how it takes two hours and thirty minutes to get from one city to another within one province and I can go to the South end of Korea in five hours. On the way home I had to take a picture of my cities downtown when we arrived back to Calgary.
The Calgary tower used to be the tallest building downtown (left side of picture), now it is the smallest...LOL!!
